The terms for using this website. Short and plain. They cover the site, not consulting engagements, which run on their own signed agreements.

By using timurtek.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, that’s fine; just don’t use the site. They’re intentionally short.
What this site is
This is an informational website: essays, project write-ups, and an overview of how I work as a fractional AI systems lead. The content is provided as-is, for general information. I work to keep it accurate and current, but I don’t warrant that every word is complete, error-free, or up to date.
It’s not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice. The essays describe what worked in specific situations; they aren’t prescriptions for yours. Use your own judgment, and talk to the right professional before acting on anything that matters.
Consulting work is separate
These terms govern the website only. Any fractional engagement, audit, or project is governed by its own written agreement, signed separately. Reading the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or sending a message through the contact form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
Intellectual property
The writing, design, and code of this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to link to it, quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution, and share it. You don’t have permission to republish whole essays, scrape the site wholesale, or pass the work off as your own.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure. Don’t use it for anything unlawful. Automated access at a reasonable rate (search crawlers, link previews, the kind of thing the robots.txt already welcomes) is fine; aggressive scraping is not.
Links to other sites
The site links out to projects, tools, social profiles, and references. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices, and I’m not responsible for their content or behavior.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site: downtime, errors in content, or anything you relied on and shouldn’t have. If some part of this limitation isn’t enforceable where you are, the rest still stands.
Changes
These terms can change. When they do, the effective date at the top updates. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [operating jurisdiction · to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
