Duplicate it
One click into your own Notion. Six databases, a dashboard, and a Get Started page. Everything arrives empty on purpose.
Every health template you have ever downloaded had the same problem: it showed up as somebody else’s numbers in somebody else’s structure, and you were supposed to do the work of making it yours. This one asks first. It is the system I actually run, with my numbers taken out and an interview left in their place.
One click into your own Notion. Six databases, a dashboard, and a Get Started page. Everything arrives empty on purpose.
Claude and ChatGPT both have a Notion connector in settings. Turn it on and give it access to the page you just duplicated.
Open the Get Started page and tell your AI to interview you. Thirteen questions later the whole system is set up around your goal, not mine.
The interview is the product. It asks about your goal, your constraints, your schedule and your equipment, and only then does it write your protocols, your phases and your first check-in. Thirteen questions across six sections.

Screenshot coming. The template itself is ready now.
I write one issue a week about building systems like this one. It is called The Production Layer, and this template is a small piece of it.
